MEMPLY acts as an intermediary between you (guest) and the partner. The contract is formed with the partner, not with MEMPLY.
All payments are processed via Stripe. Displayed prices include the fees specified in the listing.
Cancellation policies apply per listing as specified by the partner. MEMPLY allows cancellations up to the deadline shown in the listing.
If the guest does not appear, no refund is automatically processed. Please contact the partner directly.
MEMPLY is not liable for service provider deficiencies or failures, accidents, or injuries. Full liability rests with the partner or their insurance company.
English or other language versions of these terms are for information purposes only. In case of discrepancies, the German version applies.
